Phillip Nsenge is a Monitoring and Evaluation Expert with over five years of experience in non-profit sector of Monitoring and Evaluation of Development projects, Humanitarian emergency Response programs, Health and WASH related Projects. He has a Postgraduate diploma from Uganda management institute, Uganda, East Africa in field of non-profit Monitoring , Evaluation, and research. He has a degree of Bachelor’s of Science in Business statistics from Makerere University, Kampala, Uganda, East Africa. He has worked as Monitoring and Evaluation Research Coordinator (MER Coordinator) with Plan International Uganda in Emergency humanitarian Protection, SRHR,YEE project Called Adolescent Girls in crisis, Early Childhood development (ECD) project. His experience with plan international since 2017 , where the main responsibilities in projects were supporting the organization in MERL system strengthening target components like developing M&E Tools, and M&E plan, theory of change for the project, M&E Framework development, Data Collection both Quantitative and Qualitative, Capacity building on basic M&E concepts for the project staff and other relevant staff, Collecting and documenting MSC stories, Data Analysis ,Statistics situational update of project, Data entry, knowledge Learning and, documentation, Project Management works, support staff in writing quality activity reports(enhanced Report writing), SPSS, KOBO collect digital systems support during rapid assessment and any assigned research study like baseline, midline and end line evaluation.
