Wafa Singh is working in the higher education sector for the past 10 years, and have been involved in many national/international research projects (in India & at the global level) on the topics of community engagement in higher education and its social responsibilities. She was also a UNESCO Chair in Community Based Research & Social Responsibility in Higher Education. She is a certified trainer of Community Based Participatory Research. She has served as the Indian Research Coordinator for the Chair from 2013-18. Her work in the field has led to many writings and publications, including edited books, journal articles, etc. Currently, She is pursuing her doctoral studies, and registered at the Durban University of Technology, Durban, South Africa. Her research topic revolves around my past work on community engagement in higher education institutions.
